First, prepare your face with foundation and concealer. Applying foundation and concealer will help to ensure perfect skin for your highlighter and other makeup. Now you can take a blush brush to apply your highlighter.

Add a dab of highlighter just above your upper lip. The area in the center of your upper lip. highlighting this area will draw more attention to your lips.
Brush highlighter over the center of your chin. Highlighting the center of your chin can help to draw attention to your lips.
